We recommend that you use the following wording, either in your will or as a codicil:
I give [insert specific gift, percentage, or residue] of my estate to African Enterprise Ltd, ABN 88001563417, of 2G/5 Byfield Street, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113, for its general purposes. A receipt from an authorised officer of the organisation will be a sufficient discharge to my executor(s).
We would also encourage you to talk to us about any questions that you may have, about endowing your gift or the area of the African Enterprise that you wish to support. It is important that we work with you to help your vision become reality.
