Following a career in managing international heavy engineering design and construction businesses for multinational construction companies, Jeff has for the last 20 years been actively involved in Kingdom work. He is heavily involved in his local church, African Enterprise, University evangelism in Southern Africa, and church planting in poor communities in Northern India. Jeff is also invested in long-term mentoring of several church and mission leaders in Australia and Africa.

Bernice is a Ghanian-Australian with extensive humanitarian and international development experience. She has worked in South Sudan, Kenya and several countries across Southeast Asia and the Pacific region. Bernice is an active member of her local church and passionate to see the Gospel nurtured across the nations of Africa.

Grant has over 40 years experience as a civil engineer, with the last 21 years in his own consulting firm focused on asset management strategy for infrastructure. He brings these technical strengths to decision-making. Grant teaches Special Religious Education at his local public school and is his church’s representative on a Combined Christian Churches Committee that organises events to involve the local Anglican, Catholic and Uniting Church congregations.

First appointed AENZ National Director by Stephen Lungu in 2005. During her tenure, Terrena served in two international ministry collaborations to Kenya and Soweto before retiring. Terrena was asked to rejoin the AE Board in 2023 to strengthen and support the continued development of AE Pacific relations under the direction of Simba. Presently, Terrena is a qualified Project Manager and Engagement Specialist. Terrena is the NZ Founder and CEO of the charity Chip Packet Project NZ and serves as a Trustee for NZ Christian Prayerline. Terrena has strong connections with the Aukland Anglican Diocese and the Anglican Diocese of Aotearoa.

In a career spanning more than 30 years, Jillian worked as a commercial lawyer in  private practice, before spending a decade as general counsel for a major not-for-profit Christian charity.  Having  a Masters degree in Dispute Resolution has informed her professional life beyond academic application. Currently Jillian is working with the Anglican Diocesan  team to establish Safe Ministry practices in churches.  Jillian is an active member of her local Parish and has a heart for Africa.

Chris is the Rector of St Matthew’s Anglican Church, Windsor. He has been an ordained Anglican minister since 1989, before which he was a civil engineer. Chris trained as a professional supervisor in 2015 and has been supervising people from a number of denominational backgrounds since then. He has travelled to Africa on three occasions, twice with African Enterprise teaching the PTC in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and Harere, Zimbabwe.

David has many years of business experience gained domestically and internationally working in the corporate arena, and 20 years running his own multi-site business. David is recently retired having worked as CEO of an Evangelical Christian social enterprise and, more recently, as CEO of a Christian Aged Care organisation. He has a passion for mission and social enterprise that makes a difference in people’s lives.

Letisia is a passionate advocate for social change and women’s empowerment. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, she is currently serving as a product owner and business analyst. Letisia is dedicated to her professional pursuits and actively engaged in community service outreach programs. Through her involvement, she has cultivated a deep passion for helping others and positively impacting her community.
