Dr Peter Slay

Peter brings nearly 40 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management. Peter holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (1996), a Research Masters of Engineering Science (2003), and a PhD in Engineering Project Management (2019). He has also spent 10 years as a lecturer and researcher at UNSW, Canberra & La Trobe University in Australia, and at the Polytechnic of Namibia. Peter is responsible for the management and implementation of community projects.

Georgia Sullivan

As the Finance and Operations Manager, Georgia brings extensive accounting experience to the role, with a strong blend of commercial acumen and solid accounting expertise to the team. Georgia has led numerous initiatives to drive automation, streamline processes, and reduce costs across various organisations.

Mark Bolduan

Mark has a legal and town planning background. He recently joined African Enterprise in order to assist with its compliance and other obligations and stakeholder engagement. He is excited to be contributing to God’s kingdom and the welfare of the people of Africa.

Ann Leslie
Fundraising and Communications Coordinator

Ann brings extensive experience in the creative arts, education, and event planning. She has worked as a teacher, performer, administrator, and coordinator of large-scale events. For the past 17 years, Ann has successfully operated an award-winning music studio and, through her strong local connections, has organised numerous fundraising events for charities and community organisations. In her role as Communications and Fundraising Coordinator, Ann oversees impactful communication strategies and fundraising initiatives, helping to raise the profile of African Enterprise.

Ellyce McKirdy

Ellyce completed her studies at Youthworks College, earning Advanced Diplomas in Theology and Ministry as part of her training toward Anglican ordination. She has over a decade of experience, serving as a Children and Families Minister within the Anglican church.
Ellyce is passionate about equipping leaders, building healthy teams, and fostering clear discipleship pathways. She brings strong organisational and communication skills, alongside experience in administration and event coordination.

Shepherd Mashingaidze

BEng Electronic and Communications Engineering, Master of Business Leadership, Diploma of Theology
Shepherd has a wealth of project management and telecommunications engineering knowledge. In addition to leading significant development projects, such as a UNIDO-funded program for the Southern Africa Development Community, and advocating for financial literacy, he has over ten years of experience in leadership positions within the African Anglican Fellowship and Community Associations in Australia. Shepherd administers and plans the PTC course programs in his capacity as PTC Administrator.
