The Rubaga Youth Skilling for Employment Project aims to empower disadvantaged youth in Rubaga Division, Kampala City, by providing vocational skills training, entrepreneurship support, and job placement opportunities. Tackling the youth employment rates, this project hopes to reach 50 young people, providing vocational training and practical skills. AE seeks to identify potential local employers, and empower young people to connect and develop partnerships with these companies,and facilitate this with business mentors.
