In Maluku, girls, young women and single mothers receive limited education, leaving them vulnerable to poverty. Learning to sew, style hair and offer beauty services opens up new opportunities, helping them become confident community role models.

In 2024, this project equipped 50 young women with income-generating skills and practical materials to enable them to launch small businesses. Many graduates have established micro-enterprises, found purpose and regained confidence.

Your investment can:

  • Equip 40 vulnerable women with vocational training, 20 in sewing, and 20 in hair and beauty
  • Provide small business start-up kits with sewing machines and salon equipment
  • Empower graduates to become income-earners, mentors and community role models

Her story:

Synthiche was one of the program’s first participants. Today, she runs a thriving sewing business and trains new graduates in practical skills. Equipped with experience and confidence, she’s now helping others in her community build a better future.

As we approach the end of the financial year, will you prayerfully consider a tax-deductible gift to help women across Africa build lives marked by dignity, strength and hope?
