African Enterprise Malawi is a non-governmental organisation whose main task is to transform the living standard of the people who are prone to unsafe and unclean water. We target all age groups, male and female, disabled and elderly in terms of health, education, and economic development. In this concept, we are targeting the general community.
The proposed project by African Enterprise (AE) is aimed at providing sustainable and holistic transformation skills to the targeted communities where it has proposed to implement its project.
The organization’s goal is “The project goal is to improve access to clean and safe water to the communities through the provision of protected water sources to have a healthy community. To achieve this, AE Malawi will implement community awareness meetings to plan together with the community. It shall empower the local communities to contribute local resources like sand as a way of resource mobilization which will be included in the project resources mobilized by AE office which is the prime implementer. Local skilled labor shall be hired for the digging and construction of the shallow wells which will later be handed over to the community for use.
