Life Changed at Kamulanga Secondary School
On 25 May 2025, the Foxfire team visited Kamulanga Secondary School with music, dance, and an inspiring message of hope. After the performances, an altar call was made, and one young boy’s life was transformed.
He shared that, until then, he often felt mocked for his faith. His peers called him names for being passionate about God, and he struggled with discouragement. But seeing the Foxfire team boldly and joyfully share the Gospel gave him courage. That day, he committed his life to Christ and resolved to follow Him with confidence, no matter what others say.
Standing Strong in Faith: Steven, Joseph & Kaliwa
During the same mission, our team connected with three Grade 11 friends, Steven, Joseph, and Kaliwa. All from Christian homes, they shared honestly about the challenges they face at school: pressure from peers to use drugs, being labelled “uncool” for choosing faith, and even being mocked as “holier than thou” for engaging in Christian activities.
What encouraged them most was realising that the Foxfire team were young people just like them, bold, passionate, and unashamed of the Gospel. Seeing that example inspired them to continue standing strong in their faith, knowing they are not alone in their walk with Christ.
